School bus, 38 feet, heavy vehicle plated (class 3 license required), stored. Some modifications have been made in order to turn it into a RV, which will allow it to be driven with class 5. 154,000km, Cummings diesel engine and Allison automatic transmission. Mechanical inspection A1 07-2022. Stored all winter.

2 drinking water tanks and 2 waste water. Floating floor and large folding table, air conditioner on wheels, a 15 amp input (with 30 amp adapter).

All pipes and fittings come from a Suburban motorhome, so they can be connected to the facilities of a campground. 2 benches of 2 places.

Note that the propane installation (tanks and pipes) will have to be revised since we could not be certified at the inspection. Stove, oven, fridge and heater work, however propane tanks and pipes will have to be installed differently to pass the SAAQ inspection.

Included: 2 floating floor boxes and wood to finish the partitions, if needed.

Reason for sale: our plans have been disrupted by health reasons. We are now looking smaller and are open for trades.
